Flooring of Porch – checked!
Hand-Washing Station – CHECKED!
That’s right, the hand-washing is completed. And it’s beautiful 🙂 The kids love it. Finally water for them to wash their hands.

Some updates from the village, the front of the school is taking shape! A nicely cemented porch area for the school! Finally, we don’t have to worry as much about the sandy and dusty floor in the school.
Bidding farewell to Koh Rumdual, and after one day’s rest in Phnom Penh, we are here at Sa’ang! We receive a warm welcome from the students, the ice broke within matter of seconds and yes, infrastructure work on the flooring of the classroom has begun. And of course, Sue and Darryl are here too! We are working with them on the construction of a washing point and a hut.
Day 10 – 15
Back here once again at the island and Sa’ang Village! Such great joy to meet the kids once again. It has been a wonderful journey as the team prepared the walls of the vocational training centre on the island and place cement on the sides of the pavement. The kids enjoyed themselves as they learn from the team.
We are now at Sa’ang Village working on the flooring of the school and the team had the opportunity to work with Darryl and Sue; an Australian couple, to building a handwashing basin for children and a little hut.
